William F. Becker
Co-Founder
Mr. Becker is responsible for driving the strategic vision of the company and oversees the operational aspects of the company. He brings 30 years in public accounting, consulting, and Fortune 500 industry experience to the company. Most recently Bill served as Chief Operating Officer of one of the nation’s largest incentives companies. Mr. Becker oversaw all of the company's operations, personnel and management of the company's client base.
Richard L. Perkins
Co-Founder
Over the past fifteen years, Richard has been able to leverage his diverse background in finance and M&A to identify lucrative incentive opportunities for our clients. Richard oversees sales and onboarding and is an indispensable member of our client opportunity planning sessions. Mr. Perkins has held Business Development positions with Barron Chase Securities, Dean Witter, Dinan & Company and Dartmouth Group LLC. During that time, he originated and closed in excess of $200 million in transactions; including Lantronix’s $72 million acquisition of Lightwave Communications.
Jay Schelstrate
Vice President
As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Schelstrate is responsible for national sales recruitment, training and new business development. Mr. Schelstrate brings deep management experience in sales, marketing and product management in the incentives industry to Incentives Scout. Most recently, Jay served as Vice President with Incentives Scout subsidiary, Scout Energy Advisors and built that division to annually double sales over a period of 5 years. Previously, Jay has held sales and product management positions with Incentives Advisors.
Michael Norris
Manager
Mr. Norris is a seasoned incentives executive with over ten years of experience managing complex training grant and incentives initiatives. Mike also has a payroll and accounting management background which is instrumental in effectively managing these projects.
Leonardo Gálvez
Operations Manager
Mr. Gálvez has dedicated his entire life to customer service and the assurance of quality in the manufacturing and service industry. After majoring in Industrial Engineering, Leonardo has worked for various manufacturing plants, ensuring productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. As part of Incentives Scout, he is in charge of overseeing the execution of all the operational functions and handling the company's internal affairs.
Patricia Zatarain
Program Coordinator
Patricia is an Industrial and Systems Engineer with experience in consulting and identifying the areas of opportunity inside a company to develop and implement the most effective and efficient solutions. As part of the Scout Industries team, she makes sure the work gets perfectly done by the right person. She works shoulder to shoulder with Leonardo to reach the established goals in various departments. Her main objective is to help the company grow efficiently and at the same time increase productivity.
